1:00 PM – How to Take a Leek: A Ramp Stewardship & Springtime Foraging Workshop

Join Anna & Justin of Wild Hudson Valley for a guided foraging walk through Catskill Brewery’s property. Learn about the history, ecology, and sustainable harvesting of ramps and other edible & medicinal plants that thrive in our local landscape.

Workshop Highlights:

✅ Discover best foraging practices for protecting wild plant populations.

✅ Learn how to identify seasonal wild foods and their uses.

✅ Taste foraged snacks and get inspired to cook with wild ingredients.

✅ Wear close-toed shoes & long pants—we’ll be exploring off-trail!
